Amb. Jeff Prescott

Ambassador (Ret.) Jeffrey Prescott is former U.S. Ambassador to United Nations Agencies for Food and Agriculture in Rome. In the Biden Administration, Prescott also served as Deputy to the U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations. During the Obama Administration, Prescott served as then-Vice President Biden’s Deputy National Security Advisor, as Special Assistant to the President and Senior Director on the National Security Council, and as a White House Fellow. Previously, Prescott was Executive Director of National Security Action, a Strategic Consultant to the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement at the University of Pennsylvania, and a Senior Research Scholar and Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School. Raised in Wichita, Kansas, Prescott earned his B.A. from Boston University and his J.D. from Yale Law School.
