Alice Albright

Alice Albright is a seasoned executive committed to advancing equity by leading organizations that combat poverty and inequality. With expertise in global health, education, and innovative finance, she has led global efforts to improve access to essential services in low-income countries. In August 2021, President Biden appointed her CEO of the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), where she led a team executing complex infrastructure projects to spur economic growth. She also helped secure bipartisan legislation expanding MCC’s reach. Previously, Alice served as CEO of the Global Partnership for Education, COO of the US Export-Import Bank, and CFO/CIO of the GAVI, the Vaccine Alliance. Earlier in her career, she worked in international finance, principally at JP Morgan. Alice holds degrees from Williams College and Columbia University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. A member of the Council on Foreign Relations, Alice has received honors from Williams College and the Heads of State of Senegal and Burkina Faso.
