Nick Blumenthal

Nick Blumenthal serves as a federally-appointed food security advisory member to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and is international consultant to corporate, non-profit, and government agencies, advising international agricultural development projects, ranging from financing commodity processing facilities to coordinating public health campaigns. He presented his research in agricultural development economics and nutrition biochemistry implicated in diet-related disease at institutions worldwide. Nick represented the U.S. in international negotiations on social development at the G20 youth constituency, addressed the UN Committee on World Food Security, and has been an invited speaker at multilateral forums across five continents. He serves on numerous boards, including the World Food Prize. An internationally-recognized Schwarzman and Fulbright Scholar, Nick was the youngest delegate invited to the 2022 White House Conference on Hunger, Nutrition, and Health. Nick earned a B.S. in Nutritional Sciences & Artificial Intelligence from the University of Florida, M.S. in Global Affairs from Tsinghua University, and will complete his MBA at Stanford University.
