

Kat Morgan is a food systems professional and a doctoral student at New York University, specializing in Food and Land Use systems. Her work, which bridges academia and diplomacy, is informed by her experience as a U.S. Department of State Critical Language Scholar and an International Fellow at Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs. She has supported strategy and research at the Rockefeller Foundation's Global and Regenerative Food Portfolios and holds a Master of Public Health from Columbia University. A published author with work in the New York Times, Kat also hosts the award-winning Oh Crop! Food Systems Podcast.
