She holds a master’s degree in international affairs from American University’s School of International Service, where she focused on global governance and security. Her professional background spans multilateral engagement, economic development, and agricultural trade. At the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation, Elisabeth advanced private sector investment across the Middle East and North Africa, advising leadership on policy strategy and opportunities in fragile contexts. She has supported bilateral and multilateral negotiations, developed quantitative tools to analyze tariff impacts, and authored strategic briefs for high-level U.S. government stakeholders. Across her roles, Elisabeth has remained committed to enabling inclusive economic growth and sustainable food systems through cross-sector partnerships and strategic policymaking.
